Our service

Reputation Butler pursues the removal of reviews and online content that breach the relevant platform's published policies or applicable Australian law. We do not create, buy or manipulate reviews.

No win, no fee

You are invoiced only for content that is successfully removed. If a removal is unsuccessful, no fee is payable for that item.

No guaranteed outcome

Final removal decisions rest with the platform. We cannot guarantee any specific outcome or timeframe, and genuine first-hand reviews are generally not removable.

Your responsibilities

You agree that the information and evidence you provide is accurate, and that you are authorised to act for the business concerned.
